Guarantees, Cancellations, Returns, and Refund Policies

Alive Arrival Guarantee

Our guarantee applies only to live poultry at the time of arrival. Any issues must be reported immediately via calling our office at 417-441-3411 or email support@chickhatchery.com.

Sexing Guarantee

We guarantee 90% accuracy in sexing. Claims must be made within 16 weeks of the ship date and include a photo for verification. Refunds or credits will consider any extra birds sent with the order.

Reshipment Policy

Orders are not eligible for reshipment. After a refund is processed, customers are welcome to place a new order.

Cancellations
Orders canceled within 48 business hours of the ship date cannot be refunded. All canceled orders are subject to a $20.00 cancellation/restocking fee. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the refund is approved.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any live poultry product.  We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
